Getting started
📝Registering your flat

So the portal knows you’re a genuine resident.

  1. Open the portal and tap Register Your Flat (under “Membership”).
  2. Choose if you are an Owner, Tenant, or Service Man.
  3. Select your building, floor and flat.
  4. Enter your 10-digit mobile number and email. (One mobile number can be used only once.)
  5. If you offer a service to neighbours, tick “I offer a service” and add the details.
  6. Tap Submit registration. Your request goes to the committee.
💡 You’ll be able to log in after the committee approves you. This keeps the directory genuine.
🔐Logging in (one-time code)

A safe sign-in with no password to remember.

  1. Tap Member Login and enter your registered mobile number.
  2. We email a 6-digit code to your registered email. Open your email and copy it.
  3. Type the code and tap verify. You’re in!
  4. You stay signed in for 30 days, so you rarely need to do this again.
💡 Code not arriving? Check your email’s Spam/Promotions folder. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
🧭Finding your way around

Getting from page to page is easy.

  1. On the main page, tap the round menu button in the corner to see all pages.
  2. Inside the portal, the tabs at the top take you to each section.
  3. Use ← Main Site to return to the public home page anytime.
  4. The arrow button (↑) brings you back to the top of a long page.
💡 Some tabs — like Complaints, Directory and My Payments — appear only after you log in.

  2. Scan the QR code with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm…) and pay any amount.
  3. Enter the amount and your details.

💡 Your payment shows as “Pending” until the committee checks the screenshot and marks it “Verified”.
